Garment Rental Agreement

This Garment Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Natelle Williams Limited ("Owner") and the renter ("Renter") as of the rental commencement date. By renting any garment(s) from Natelle, the Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Please note: Our virtual wardrobe and rentals are currently available to UK mainland residents only. 

1. Rental duration and use

The Renter agrees to rent the garment(s) for the period specified at checkout and agrees to return the garment(s) in the same condition in which they were received. The Renter will not alter, misuse, or damage the garment(s) and will only wear them for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Rental fees and payment

The Renter agrees to pay the rental fee as displayed at the time of checkout, which includes any applicable dry cleaning, shipping and handling charges. Full payment is required at the time of rental to secure the garment(s) for the agreed rental period.

3. Garment condition

Each garment is thoroughly inspected and cleaned before being sent to the Renter. The Renter is responsible for checking the garment(s) upon arrival and notifying the Owner of any issues within 24 hours of receipt. The Renter should not remove the “do not remove” ribbon if they intend to return the garment(s) back within 24 hours for a refund.

4. Garment fitting 

If the Renter receives a garment that does not fit, they may return it using the prepaid packaging provided. The Renter will receive a full refund minus delivery and dry-cleaning costs. To qualify for a refund, the garment must be returned to the Owner within 24 hours of the Renter’s receipt of delivery. Garments returned after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund. 

5. Damage and loss policy

The Renter agrees to handle the garment(s) with care. In the event of any damage beyond normal wear and tear, such as stains, rips, tears, or alterations, the Renter agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement as determined by the Owner.

  • Minor damage: For minor damage that can be repaired, the Renter agrees to pay the repair costs up to 25% of the garment’s retail price.
  • Significant damage or loss: In cases where the garment is significantly damaged or cannot be repaired, or if the garment is lost, the Renter agrees to pay the full retail value of the garment(s) as assessed by the Owner and listed on the website.

The Renter will be notified of any damage fees within 7 business days of returning the garment(s), and payment must be made within 14 days of receiving this notice.

6. Returns

The Renter agrees to return the garment(s) using the prepaid packaging provided by the Owner by the agreed-upon return date. Late returns may incur additional fees of up to 10% of the rental fee per day.

7. Cancellation policy

Rental fees are refundable if the Renter cancels 72 hours before the rental start date. Cancellations within 72 hours of the rental start date are non-refundable.

8. Dry cleaning and maintenance

The Owner will handle all dry cleaning and garment maintenance. The Renter should not attempt to wash, dry clean, or repair the garment(s) themselves under any circumstances.

9. Liability waiver

The Renter agrees that the Owner is not responsible for any injury, health issue, or allergic reaction that may occur from wearing the rented garment(s). The Renter should review the materials used to construct the garment via the website product page before hiring the garment.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

By placing an order and renting any garment(s), the Renter agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
